Bigger edit: on playing my test run, I realized Kelsey's head was too big compared to other portraits, and that he was too washed out (skin too saturated and light). So these are minor corrections, but would have a major impact in your game if you use this. Updated.
So I finally got around to doing Kelsey. The base image for this comes from Katanaz-stock, which can be found here:

Wonderful pic to use. From Bioware original art: the hood is from Edwin, some of the clothing is from the "old" BG1 Edwin and also Jan Jansen.
Added a bit of shading so his hood interior would not be pitch black; fixed his necklace a bit; fixed his facial saturation to match the hood. Also roughed up his face a bit so he looks a little less photographic and more painted.
